RONNIE O'SULLIVAN DELIGHTED TO BE VOTED PLAYER OF THE YEAR
World Champion Ronnie O'Sullivan is delighted to have been voted
Player Of The Year in the readers' poll of Snooker's official
website, worldsnooker.com.
Ronnie O'Sullivan, speaking through his management company, Grove
Leisure, had the following reaction to the news.
"I would like to thank all my fans for their support throughout
the previous season. They have really helped to lift me and enable
me to approach my games in a more positive frame of mind than ever
before.
It has been a fantastic season for me, winning both the World and UK
Championships and picking up 3 maximum breaks along the way. I can't
remember a time when I've been playing so well.
Hopefully I can continue this good form into next season and I look
forward to entertaining my fans next year with the same attacking,
positive gameplay".

A personal message

I would like to thank all my fans who supported me during the
recent World Championships. Knowing that you were all out there
following me gave me a real boost and I couldn't have done it
without you.
