| Q. | Why have we produced this site? | | A. | A lot has been written about the phenomenon known as the Rocket. Newspapers, forums, unofficial websites, the list is endless. A large percentage of it is accurate and truthful. Unfortunately, much of what's written is based on rumour, guesswork, misinterpreted quotes or the product of someone's vivid imagination. This site is where the rumours stop. We deal in facts. If you have a question, please ask it. If the site administrators cant answer directly, the question will be logged and passed onto Ronnie for his personal reply. Obviously, depending on his schedule and commitments, you may have to be patient, but all questions will be answered. | | | | | Q. | What this site does | | A. | We offer a no nonsense website where Ronnie's fans, and people interested in snooker in general can come and air their thoughts, and keep track of what's going on in the world of snooker.
We also offer an insight into Ronnie's life away from the table, complete with personal pictures unique to this site. You might even win a goody bag, or some match tickets if you're feeling lucky. | | | | | Q. | What this site doesn’t do | | A. | We don’t spread rumour and hearsay. We don’t use spyware or multiple pop up pages to direct you to other websites. We don’t use any scams or dubious methods to part you from your hard earned cash, and we will never knowingly pass your information to any third party. Finally, this is a family site and we wont tolerate the usual categories of abuse. (i.e. no racism, no threats, no sexual content, no scams, no spamming, no illegal activities, etc etc). Please please please keep the language clean, there are kids watching. | | | | | Q. | Can you buy our merchandise elsewhere | | A. | No. At the moment, we are the only site on the web selling our products. They are all personally endorsed by the Rocket. If this situation changes in the future, we will link to authorised stockists. | | | | | Q. | Our promise to you | | A. | This is a what you see is what you get website. All signed photographs, cues and any other merchandise, is personally signed by Ronnie. We do not use photocopies, engravings or other mass production techniques. For example, our range of cues are all checked for quality, personally signed by Ronnie, numbered and a certificate of authenticity is signed and mailed to you with your order. We want to provide a service to you the fans, and repay you for your support, by answering your questions honestly, and by offering top quality products. | | |
